Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate's experience and requirement
Submit the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for approval.
Negotiate salary with candidates and negotiate pay rate with subcontracting companies and close the position.
Arrange for client interviews and possible offer of employment
Ensure appropriate paperwork is done for Placements
Act as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.
Negotiate on Salary aspects Assist Account Manager(s)/Team Lead with urgent technical requirements.
Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.
